Fabrics

We can supply almost any fabric but here are some suppliers we consistently use …… .ILIV | Bill Beaumont | Clarke & Clarke | Fryetts | Prestigious Textiles | Romo | Studio G | Villa Nova | Fibre Naturelle. If you already have a particular fabric in mind, then we can make it up for you into beautiful blinds or curtains!

Linings

  • Cotton Sateen Lining – Beautiful soft cotton sateen lining and extremely popular in living spaces. Choose between white or ivory, this textile lets light pass through the fabric.

  • Blackout Lining - Does not allow light to penetrate the fabric, popular for bedrooms or in lounge areas close to TVs; choose between white or ivory.

  • Bonded Fleece Blackout Lining – Blackout lining with the addition of fleece for more warmth, and a thicker and chunkier look.

  • Thermal Dimout Lining – A fleece lining which lets light penetrate the fabric whilst focusing on heat retention, popular in very large windows likely to sap away the heat from the room.

  • Interlined – Additional layer of fabric behind your chosen fabric and the lining for a thicker, fuller look.

Curtain Heading

We can make up almost all curtain styles, but here are a few popular ones….

  • PENCIL PLEAT

This is the standard heading for curtains, a classic, simple gathered heading which take the shape of pencils! Hence the name – pencil pleat.

  • PINCH PLEAT

The curtain heading is pinched forming either double or triple pleats. A decorative heading suitable for all fabrics creating a more luxurious and tailored look.

  • WAVE

Soft rippling folds, like a wave! Super contemporary and super smart, they look incredible on a track and in full length.

  • EYELET

A decorative alternative for curtain poles and only suitable for poles. Different size and colour eyelets to match the different size and colour poles. Eyelet curtains create a wave effect in the curtain allowing the curtain to bunch/stack smaller at the sides.

Tracks & Poles

Which one should you choose?

It depends on your interior and how you want them to look, but other factors will influence your decision such as window type, heading type, fabric type and positioning – don’t worry we’ve got you covered, during our visit we can suggest what would work best.

Poles

We supply both wood and metal poles in 28mm, 35mm, 38mm, 45mm and 50mm sizes with a huge selection of matching finials, brackets and holdbacks. Metal pole colours include stainless steel, brushed aluminium, brushed brass, chrome, black nickel, black and wrought iron poles. Wood poles include block colours from white, off-white, and grey through to black and natural wood stains such as dark walnut, oak, chestnut and beech to name a few.

Tracks

We supply Silent Gliss tracks, probably the smoothest, quietest sleekest tracks available. There is a huge range of track profiles with different specifications to suit things like curtain weight, window shape and where they will be fitted. We can build in hidden adjustable brakes to stop the leading edge of the curtain from falling inwards and draw rod carriers allowing you to close the curtain by a hidden rod rather than by hand to protect the curtains over time.

Accessories

Add the perfect finishing touch with tiebacks or holdbacks, finials and brackets. Probably the most important aspects of the window covering, without them they can look very average, with the right accessories they can change the whole appearance of the window.

Holdbacks & Tiebacks - Tie your curtain back with matching tiebacks or choose a matching holdback to the pole and pole finials.

Pelmet Board - We make all our own Pelmet boards to your chosen shape and size for a very grand and traditional finish.

Brackets - Concealed fixing brackets are the most popular choice as they completely hide all the fixings used, these subtle choices make huge differences.

Cushion Covers - Why not match your cushion covers with your curtain fabric. A self-piped finish is probably the most popular finish; all cushions close with a ZIP as standard.
