If you've already fallen in love with a particular fabric, we're equally happy to make it into beautiful made-to-measure curtains or Roman blinds. Simply let us know your chosen fabric, and we'll advise how much is required before taking care of the rest.

Linings

The right lining can transform the appearance and performance of your curtains. Whether you're looking to reduce light, improve insulation or create a fuller, more luxurious finish, we'll help you choose the most suitable option for your home.

Cotton Sateen Lining
A high-quality standard lining that gently filters light while enhancing the drape and appearance of your curtains. Ideal for living rooms, dining rooms and other everyday spaces.

Blackout Lining
Designed to significantly reduce incoming light, making it an excellent choice for bedrooms, nurseries and media rooms. It also offers improved privacy and can help with insulation.

Interlining
A luxurious additional layer fitted between the fabric and lining, creating a fuller, heavier drape with improved insulation and a beautifully soft appearance. Particularly suited to larger windows and premium fabrics.

Bonded Fleece Lining
A practical alternative to traditional interlining, with a soft fleece bonded directly to the lining. It provides excellent body, improved thermal performance and a luxurious finish while reducing bulk.

Curtain Headings

  • Close-up of beige curtains with multicolored stripes hanging from a wooden curtain rod.

    PENCIL PLEAT

This is the standard heading for curtains, a classic, simple gathered heading which take the shape of pencils! Hence the name – pencil pleat.

  • Close-up of brown patterned curtains hanging from a black metal curtain rod with decorative finial, against a plain white wall.

    PINCH PLEAT

The curtain heading is pinched forming either double or triple pleats. A decorative heading suitable for all fabrics creating a more luxurious and tailored look.

  • A cozy corner of a room with a blue velvet armchair, beige pillows, a brown vase with pink flowers, and beige curtains partly open to a balcony with a mountain view.

    WAVE

Soft rippling folds, like a wave! Super contemporary and super smart, they look incredible on a track and in full length.

  • Close-up of a curtain with zigzag pattern in purple, yellow, and teal, hanging on a black curtain rod with ornamental finial.

    EYELET

A decorative alternative for curtain poles and only suitable for poles. Eyelet curtains create a wave effect in the curtain allowing the curtain to bunch/stack smaller at the sides.

Tracks & Poles

Which should you choose?

The choice between a curtain track or pole depends on your room, your style and how your curtains will be used. Factors such as your window type, curtain heading, fabric weight and where the curtains will be fitted all influence the best solution.

Don't worry if you're unsure – during your home consultation we'll discuss the options, explain the differences and recommend the most suitable track or pole for your home.

Curtain Poles

Curtain poles create a decorative feature as well as supporting your curtains. We supply a wide range of high-quality wood and metal poles in sizes from 28mm to 50mm, available with an extensive choice of finials, brackets and finishes to complement both traditional and contemporary interiors.

Whether you're looking for a sleek modern black pole, elegant brushed brass, timeless chrome or natural wood finishes such as oak, walnut, chestnut or painted colours, we'll help you select a style that perfectly complements your room.

Curtain Tracks

For a more discreet appearance, curtain tracks are an excellent choice. We proudly supply and install Silent Gliss tracks, renowned for their exceptionally smooth, quiet operation and outstanding reliability.

With a wide range of track profiles available, we can specify the ideal system for everything from lightweight sheers to heavy interlined curtains, including bay windows, ceiling-mounted installations and other bespoke applications.

We can also incorporate thoughtful finishing touches such as hidden adjustable brakes to keep your curtains hanging perfectly, and draw rods that allow you to open and close your curtains without touching the fabric, helping to keep them looking their best for years to come.
