Vertical Blinds
Vertical blinds have evolved considerably from the traditional systems many people associate with offices. Modern slimline headrails, contemporary fabrics, cordless controls and chainless bottom weights create a much cleaner, more refined appearance.
They're particularly well suited to large windows, patio and sliding doors, where their ability to cover substantial areas while providing precise control over light and privacy makes them an extremely practical choice.
The rotating louvres allow you to gently filter daylight, reduce glare or increase privacy without completely closing the blind – particularly useful across large areas of glazing.
Fabrics & Finishes
Choose from an extensive collection of contemporary colours, textures, patterns and performance fabrics, ranging from subtle neutral tones through to more distinctive designs.
For kitchens, utility rooms and other practical spaces, wipe-clean and PVC fabric options are also available.
Vertical blinds are typically available with:
89mm Louvres – Our most popular choice, providing a clean and contemporary appearance.
127mm Louvres – A wider option requiring fewer louvres across the window for a more open appearance.
Choice of Headrail Colours – Including white, black and contemporary anthracite options on selected systems.
Cordless Controls – Providing simple operation and a cleaner appearance.
Chainless Bottom Weights – Removing the traditional connecting chains between the louvres.
Large & Shaped Windows
One of the biggest advantages of vertical blinds is their versatility. They can cover very wide areas of glazing while remaining easy to operate and providing excellent control over light.
Selected systems can also be manufactured for sloping and shaped windows, making vertical blinds a practical solution for glazing where many conventional blind types may not be suitable.
Commercial Applications
Vertical blinds remain a popular choice for offices, schools, healthcare settings and other commercial environments because they're practical, durable and straightforward to maintain.
Specialist ranges include wipe-clean PVC, moisture-resistant and flame-retardant fabrics, where the relevant performance characteristics are required.
For larger commercial installations or projects requiring specialist fabrics, we'll recommend the appropriate system and specification for the application.
